Gatlinburg Trip Information

| We will be having a parent meeting on January 27th from 7pm - 8:15pm to discuss details and information related to the Gatlinburg trip. Anyone wishing to attend MUST make a deposit by the meeting. January 27th is the final “drop dead” date for deposits. In order to secure transportation, hotels, and other logistical items associated with the trip, we CANNOT wait until the last minute to take care of these things. At this point, we are looking to fill at least 28 more seats on the buses. The rationale being; empty seats on a bus cost just as much to fill as an occupied seat. Also, we want to show off the quality of the music programs here at Wiregrass. It’s much more professional to have a full ensemble (band, chorus, orchestra), than one in which people are missing.
